Being Agnostic

My first blog; so it should portray my all-time thought and living style:
Agnosticism is a great view of life and existence. It clarifies many unanswered questions, and brings love and faith among the inhabitants of earth. All the kids/youngsters should get a chance think in this way, at least once in their life-time.
I just wonder, what all would have happened if there were no God-fearing people around the world?!!

  1. “I cannot know whether a deity exists or not, and neither can you."
So it’s irrelevant to ask what will happen if no god fearing people around the world.
each one of us is part of the nature…and the link is purely private. No established framework can seek the truth. Just follow your heart and instincts…find out the way yourself. Detour may happen at times..
Sorry I just scribbled my viewpoints…it’s nice to see you after a long time..keep in touch

  2. Hi Sreekutta,
Great comments. Sorry for the belated response.BTW,by saying "what d ve have happened if there were no Godfearing....", I meant to say the world would ve bn running behind issues which may be alien to us now. No taliban, No vatican, no Ramjanma bhoomi etc..

  3. Congrats to CD to put up such wonderful thoughts through your nice blog.Great to read...:)I would like to point out one confusion that I had when I read your first blog. Second statement in the second paragraph seems to be delicate. This has happened due to Wikipedia definition of 'Agnosticism' where it reads like''Agnosticism can be defined in various ways, and is sometimes used to indicate doubt or a skeptical approach to questions. In some senses, agnosticism is a stance about the differences between belief and knowledge, rather than about any specific claim or belief.''. Is int it a little exaggerated to tell that-It clarifies many unanswered questions'?. Expecting more food for thought...

  4. Thanks a lot Bobby for ur great observation and the comment. I stick to the Apathetic-Agnosticism. That's , the view that there is no proof of either the existence or nonexistence of any God; even if it exists, it's like blind power on us.No discretion on individuals or we can say, "unconcerned for the universe or the welfare of its inhabitants".
When I said 'it clarifies many doubts',i meant to say: the uncertainty on the existence/non-existence of God used to be a major obstacle in the thought process.Agnosticism backs thoughts beyond belief with logic support.
